To create medical letters, prescriptions, discharge letters and summaries of dictations, we store the contents of the dictations as well as the dictations themselves.

Account Data:

Email address and encrypted passwords provided during registration. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Anonymous Data:

When no patient names are mentioned in the dictations, the data is stored anonymously.

How and where do we store your data?

Your data is stored on Firebase servers located within the European Union. Firebase provides comprehensive security measures to protect your data, including encryption both during transmission and storage.

Purposes of Data Processing

Document Creation:

Your dictations and their contents are used to create medical letters, prescriptions, discharge letters and summaries.

Account Management:

Your account data is used to manage your user account. Passwords are encrypted to ensure your security.

Anonymous Usage:

When patient names are not mentioned, the data is anonymized and processed accordingly.
